You tell us what’s going, and we choose the vehicle. We weigh up four things, then use one of our own vehicles, with drivers based throughout Kent, or a trusted partner, whichever suits your job best.

• Size and weight. These set the minimum vehicle. UK pallets are typically 1200 × 1000 mm standard or 1200 × 800 mm Euro.

• Access. Tell us if there’s no forklift or loading bay, or if the site works to booked delivery slots.

If it fits in a top box or courier bag, a moped or motorcycle is often the quickest way through busy traffic. Think court filings, signed originals, tender documents, data drives and small components. If your item is too big for a bike, we’ll tell you when we quote.

A car suits compact items that need more protection than a courier bag, such as laptops, instrument cases, sealed archive boxes and prototypes, kept out of sight in a locked vehicle. It also suits long runs where the item is small but the deadline is tight. A car typically takes a few boxes or cases.
