Local knowledge
Business deliveries from Maidstone
Can you collect from my estate in Maidstone?
Yes, anywhere in ME14 to ME17. That includes Parkwood Industrial Estate off Sutton Road, the town’s largest business location, the 20/20 Business Park at Allington by junction 5, Eclipse Park off junction 7 and Haslemere Industrial Estate off the A274. We send the right vehicle for the job, from a motorcycle for a bundle of papers to a van or tail-lift lorry for pallets.
I’ve got a court deadline. Can you help?
Yes. Maidstone is home to the Combined Court Centre on Barker Road, with the Crown, County and Family courts, and to Kent County Council at County Hall, so legal bundles, planning submissions and tenders move from here every working day. We drive them direct to the Royal Courts of Justice, Canterbury or Medway, and the proof of delivery records who received them and when. Book early to leave the most margin.
How long from Maidstone to London or Heathrow?
Central London is around 37 miles, typically 60 to 90 minutes via the M20 and A20. Heathrow is roughly 60 miles, typically 70 to 100 minutes via the M20, M26 and M25, to the cargo area on the southern perimeter. Eastbound runs to Ashford and the Channel ports can slow when Operation Brock runs between junctions 8 and 9, and we plan around it.

Less handling on the way
For most same-day jobs, your consignment travels directly with the assigned driver. It is not normally taken to a depot, sorted or moved between vehicles.
The vehicle you actually need
We match the vehicle to your job, from a motorcycle for documents to a 7.5-tonne lorry with tail-lift for pallets, so you're not paying for spare capacity.
You know where it is
The driver keeps you updated while the job is running, and proof of delivery gives you the recipient's name and the time of handover.
Cover agreed before you book
Every consignment includes cover up to £100. Worth more? Tell us the value and, where extra insurance can be arranged, we confirm the cover and cost before you accept.
