Collect in Kent, delivery arranged anywhere in the UK
Same Day Courier Folkestone
Same day, from Folkestone, means one driver collecting your consignment from Shearway, Park Farm or the harbour and taking it straight to the recipient, not normally via a depot. Same Day Couriers Kent works around Eurotunnel and M20 junctions 11a to 13, so Ashford is typically 15 to 20 minutes and central London 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Business deliveries from Folkestone
What if my consignment has to meet a shuttle?
Tell us the departure time when you enquire. The Eurotunnel Le Shuttle terminal at Cheriton, off junction 11a, brings hauliers, forwarders and customs agents to Folkestone, and with them urgent paperwork, replacement trailer parts and stock that has to reach a lorry before it boards. Terminal access is controlled, so we agree the handover point with you first. If Operation Brock is running on the M20, we plan the timing around the contraflow.
Where in Folkestone do you collect?
Across CT18, CT19 and CT20. Shearway Business Park, around 24 units, sits just off junction 13, and Park Farm Industrial Estate is close by on Park Farm Road. At the coast, the regenerated harbour and the Creative Quarter hold offices, studios and venues sending event kit, print and packed artwork. We also cover Cheriton, Sandgate, Hawkinge and Lyminge, and send anything from a motorcycle for documents to a van or lorry for heavier loads.
How long to London, Heathrow or Dover?
Central London is about 70 miles, typically 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours via the M20 and A20. Heathrow is roughly 90 miles, typically 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes via the M20, M26 and M25, to the cargo area. Gatwick is around 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes, M25 junction 3 typically 45 to 60 minutes, and the Port of Dover 15 to 20 minutes east on the A20.

Why not a parcel network?
The Same Day Couriers Kent difference
Less handling on the way
For most same-day jobs, your consignment travels directly with the assigned driver. It is not normally taken to a depot, sorted or moved between vehicles.
The vehicle you actually need
We match the vehicle to your job, from a motorcycle for documents to a 7.5-tonne lorry with tail-lift for pallets, so you're not paying for spare capacity.
You know where it is
The driver keeps you updated while the job is running, and proof of delivery gives you the recipient's name and the time of handover.
Cover agreed before you book
Every consignment includes cover up to £100. Worth more? Tell us the value and, where extra insurance can be arranged, we confirm the cover and cost before you accept.
