Business deliveries from West Malling
What do Kings Hill offices usually send?
Signed documents, IT hardware and equipment, often to London or another regional office. Kings Hill is a business park and community on the former RAF West Malling airfield, developed from 1989. It sits in around 800 acres of parkland and describes itself as home to more than 200 companies, mostly along Kings Hill Avenue, with Liberty Square as the local centre. Give us the building, the company and a reception contact.
Who else around West Malling do we collect from?
Next door, NIAB’s East Malling research station creates sample and equipment movements; you pack any diagnostic specimens to UN3373 and declare dangerous goods when you enquire. Along the A20 and M20 corridor, Larkfield, Leybourne and Aylesford hold industrial estates, with the 20/20 Business Park towards Maidstone. Maidstone Hospital at Barming is about four miles east, and the High Street has professional practices and independent shops.
Which way to London and Heathrow?
From M20 junction 4, the M20 runs west to M25 junction 3 at Swanley and east to Maidstone, Ashford and the Channel Tunnel. The M26 leaves the M20 for a direct run to M25 junction 5 and the clockwise M25 towards Gatwick and Heathrow. Outside peak hours, a van from Kings Hill typically reaches M25 junction 3 in 15 to 25 minutes, central London in 60 to 85 minutes and Heathrow’s cargo area in 60 to 85 minutes.

The Same Day Couriers Kent difference
Less handling on the way
For most same-day jobs, your consignment travels directly with the assigned driver. It is not normally taken to a depot, sorted or moved between vehicles.
The vehicle you actually need
We match the vehicle to your job, from a motorcycle for documents to a 7.5-tonne lorry with tail-lift for pallets, so you're not paying for spare capacity.
You know where it is
The driver keeps you updated while the job is running, and proof of delivery gives you the recipient's name and the time of handover.
Cover agreed before you book
Every consignment includes cover up to £100. Worth more? Tell us the value and, where extra insurance can be arranged, we confirm the cover and cost before you accept.
