Delivering to Farnborough International: what to know
Which gate will the driver use?
The one your event’s delivery instructions name, so send them with the booking. Vehicles use Gate F on ETPS Road, GU14 6TQ, or Gate A on Transport Road, GU14 6XE. Gate B on Trenchard Way is for pedestrians only. From Kent the route is the M20 and M26 to the M25, then the M3 to junction 4 and the A325.
Can the vehicle get close to my stand?
Usually, yes. Both exhibition halls are pillarless with drive-in access, subject to the organiser’s build-up arrangements, which makes heavy or bulky items far easier than at a city venue. Hall 1, opened in 2018, has around 12,500 square metres of exhibition space. Tell us the hall and stand number and the driver heads for the right door.
What else do I need to know?
Deliveries cannot arrive before your event’s tenancy begins, and someone from your company must be on site to sign, because goods left on unmanned stands are your risk. We quote with the earliest collection time and assign the right vehicle, from a small car to a van or 7.5-tonne lorry. Cover up to £100 is standard; if the kit is worth more, give us its value and, where extra cover can be arranged, we confirm the level and any cost before you accept.
