Delivering to Maidstone Combined Court Centre: what to know
How do I make sure it reaches the right court?
Address it to the right jurisdiction and, where you know it, the right hearing. The Crown Court, County Court and Family Court each have their own contact route inside the building. The Law Courts stand on the west bank of the River Medway, a short walk from Maidstone West and Maidstone Barracks stations.
How quickly can you get it there?
From within Maidstone it is a short run. From Ashford, Canterbury or the Medway towns the driver uses the M20, M2 and A229, typically 20 to 55 minutes depending on where we collect. That is usually faster and more certain than post or a document exchange when a bundle is due by a set time, a signed statement is needed before a hearing, or counsel needs papers on the morning of a trial.
What happens at the court?
The driver hands your documents to the court counter or your named recipient, such as counsel or your agent at court. Counter service is by appointment, so give us your appointment time or the recipient’s details. We deliver; we do not file, issue or pay court fees for you. Proof of delivery records the recipient’s name and exact handover time. Documents are covered up to £100 as standard; tell us if anything is worth more and, where extra cover can be arranged, we confirm the level and any cost before you accept.

The Same Day Couriers Kent difference
Less handling on the way
For most same-day jobs, your consignment travels directly with the assigned driver. It is not normally taken to a depot, sorted or moved between vehicles.
The vehicle you actually need
We match the vehicle to your job, from a motorcycle for documents to a 7.5-tonne lorry with tail-lift for pallets, so you're not paying for spare capacity.
You know where it is
The driver keeps you updated while the job is running, and proof of delivery gives you the recipient's name and the time of handover.
Cover agreed before you book
Every consignment includes cover up to £100. Worth more? Tell us the value and, where extra insurance can be arranged, we confirm the cover and cost before you accept.
